Don’t let the throngs of people clamoring for the new iPhone 3G S outside your neighborhood Apple store fool you. A new study from Pew Internet & American Life Project shows that in this time of economic hardship, people are giving up cell phones and TV.

One thing Americans aren’t willing to part with, however, is Internet service. In fact, even in the face of financial turmoil, more and more people are purchasing high-speed Internet.
